摘    要:饲养方式、社会环境和化学污染是影响动物发育不稳定的重要环境胁迫因素,会使动物种群的适应和竞争能力等指数降低。而波动性不对称FA(Fluctuating asymmetry)的水平可用来指示某一种群对这种环境压力的进化和适应能力。FA的测量方法比常规的参数更加灵敏,而且可将环境压力的影响定量化,同时其测定和分析都比较简单,不需要昂贵的设备和试剂,使研究和监测成本大大降低。

Abstract:The development instability due to raising ways, environmental enrichment and chemical pollution is the most important factors of Environmental stress influencing the aquatic organist, and would reduce the fitness of population, such as adaptability and competivity. Fluctuating asymmetry, as an ecological monitor, will be more sensitive than traditional parameters of life history and be able to quantitate the impact of environmental stress. Furthermore, the FA measures and analysis is very simple and cheap. The advances of FA studies in western countries and the scientific significance and application prospects of FA research were reviewed in this paper.
