禽流感的哺乳类动物模型研究进展

摘    要:N1禽流感为新的人畜共患性疾病,建立良好的哺乳动物模型是进一步深入研究人禽流感防治的重要基础。本文报道了禽流感哺乳动物模型研究进展,对病原株、造模方法、模型的临床特征、病理变化、病毒复制等方面进行归纳,比较了小鼠模型、雪貂模型和非人灵长类动物模型特点。各种禽流感动物模型有各自的优点和缺点,应根据不同的实验目的和实验条件选择合适的病毒株和实验动物进行造模。

Abstract:The outbreaks of H5N1 avian influenza in humans have stressed the need for animal models of avian influenza for further study. Mice,ferrets and nonhuman primate models for H5N1 avian influenza are introduced in this paper,and issues on the virus, methods, clinical characteristics, pathology, virus replication, advantage and disadvantage of the models are explored. Proper avian virus and animal models should be selected according to different research objectives and experiment conditions.
