| 摘 要： | 阐明心理性应激和躯体性应激对鼠脾杀伤细胞影响的异同。应用Communication box系统分别使小鼠连续负荷心理性应激和躯体性应激3 d后,以51Cr释放法检测鼠脾NK、LAK、CTL细胞杀伤活性。负荷心理性应激和躯体性应激后,可导致鼠脾NK细胞、LAK细胞杀伤活性降低（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）;两者均可明显降低C57BL/6小鼠脾CTL细胞活性（P〈0.01）,躯体性应激比心理性应激对CTL细胞活性有较强的抑制作用。心理性应激和躯体性应激均可降低脾NK、LAK、CTL细胞杀伤活性。
