| 摘 要： | 目的研究薤白水提物对小鼠肝微粒体内细胞色素P450(Cyt-P450)的影响。方法以苯巴比妥钠、西咪替丁、生理盐水为对照,小鼠灌胃5、10g/(kg·d)的薤白水提物,连续10天,然后测定其肝微体中Cyt-P450含量。结果与生理盐水组比较,10g/(kg·d)的薤白水提物组Cty-P450含量明显减少(P<0·05),西咪替丁组Cyt-P450含量明显减少(P<0·05),苯巴比妥钠组Cyt-P450含量明显增加(P<0·01)。结论薤白水提物能明显降低小鼠Cyt-P450含量,对肝药酶有明显抑制作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To Study the effect of aqueous extract of allium macrostemon bunge(AMB)on the content of cytchrome P450(Cyt-P450)of mice. Methods Mice were given medicines for 10 days to analyze the effect of aqueous extract of AMB on the content of Cyt-P450 in comparsion with cimetidine, phenobabital sodium,and normal sodium groups. Results Compared with normal sodium group,the Cyt-P450 content of liver microsomes in 10g/(kg.d)aqueous extract of AMB and 0.4g/(kg.d) cimetidine groups were significant reduced(P<0.05). Conclusion The results suggest that aqueous extract of AMB can reduce the content of Cyt-P450 of mice. |
