| 摘 要： | 随着进化生物学以及生物信息学的发展 ,研究不同物种间进化关系的方法也有了新的进展。其中分子进化方法使得系统发生树的建立更加简便和精确。几种系统发生树的建树方法及相关分子标准目前比较流行。。

| Abstract: | Accompany with the development of evolutionary biology and bioinformatics,new progress on the study of evolutionary relationship among different species has been achieved.Also new molecular evolutionary methods make the construction of phylogenetic tree more convenient.This paper reviewed some popular methods and molecular markers in constructing phylogenetic tree. |
