| 摘 要： | DNA技术广泛应用于法医学中,RNA分析技术为调查疾病和死亡原因提供依据,RNA检测可以作为法医病理学检测一个有效的工具。RNA还可以应用在损伤时间和死亡后间隔时间的检测。在法医案件分析中,体液中细胞特异mRNA的表达的分子检测已经为DNA分析的重要补充手段。本文综述了RNA检测技术在法医病理学中的研究进展及其应用。 |

| Abstract: | DNA analysis was used in forensic science,and RNA analysis may lead to investigate the cause of disease and death.RNA analysis may be used as forensic pathology testing tool for diagnosis of the cause of death.RNA may also be used in determination of the age of wounds and injuries and of the post-mortem interval.The cell-specific mRNA expression detection in body fluid is an im-portant supplementary means for DNA analysis was in forensic cases.The research and application of RNA analysis technology in foren-sic science was discussed in this review. |
