小麦紫色素的提取工艺、抗氧化活性及其在毛发染色中的应用

摘    要:以紫粒小麦麦麸为原料,通过碱水裂解初提、大孔吸附树脂纯化、钠滤膜浓缩和蒸发浓缩等技术手段从中提取天然紫色素。采用单因素实验对其提取条件进行优化,在室温条件(25~30℃)下,确定最佳提取条件为:提取时间60 min,料液比1∶4(g/mL),提取3次。经体外抗氧化实验证明,提取的小麦紫色素具有较高的抗氧化活性。此外,小麦紫色素与不同金属离子作用后可将羊毛染成不同的颜色。上述实验结果表明,利用优化后的工艺提取的小麦紫色素纯度高、抗氧化活性高,具有较大的开发潜力和实用价值。

Study on Extraction Process,Antioxidant Activity and Application in Hair Dyeing of Purple Pigment from Wheat

Abstract:With purple wheat bran as raw material, natural purple pigment was extracted by alkali water cracking, macroporous adsorption resin purifying, sodium filter membrane concentrating and evaporation concentrating. The extraction conditions were optimized through single factor experiments. And at room temperature (25~30℃), the optimum process conditions for extracting purple pigment were determined as follows: Extraction time was 60 min, the ratio of material to liquid was 1∶4 (g/mL), 3 times of extraction. Antioxidant experiments showed that the extracted wheat purple pigment had high antioxidant activity. Moreover, the wheat purple pigment could dye wool into different colors after reacting with different metal ions. The results showed that the wheat purple pigment extracted by optimized processes had high purity and strong antioxidant activity, and it had great development potential and practical value.
