摘    要:
研究了由大豆粗酶转化异丁香酚制备香草醛的方法,对转化条件进行了优化,并研究了H2O2、和吸附剂的影响,在优化后的条件下转化36h产物浓度达2.46g/L,摩尔转化率为13.27%。

Abstract:
The method for preparing vanillin from isoeugenol by enzymatic conversion with crude enzyme extracted from soybean was studied. Conversion conditions were optimised, and the effects of H 2O 2 and activated carbon on conversion were investigated. Under the optimum conditions for 36h enzymatic conversion, the vanillin concentration reached its maximum of 2.46 g/L, corresponding to a molar yield of 13.27%.
