| Abstract: | Tenothrips discolor (Karny 1907) of the family Thripidae (Thysanoptera: Terebrantia) is recorded from China for the first time, which represents the first record for the genus Tenothrips Bhatti in this country. Examined specimens are deposited in the Insect Collection of the Institute of Insect Sciences, Zhejiang University. |
