| Abstract: | A series of 3-(2-pyrrolidin-1-ylethyl)-5-(1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridin-4-yl)-1H-indole derivatives (2) has been prepared using parallel synthesis techniques, and their structure-activity relationships studied. High affinity human 5-HT(1B/1D) (h5-HT(1B/1D)) ligands have been identified. |
