摘    要:采用平板打孔法对五倍子、金银花、大青叶、穿心莲、蒲公英这5种常见中草药进行抑菌试验,并测定其MIC(最低抑菌浓度)及抑菌时间。研究结果表明:5种中草药提取液对Bacillussubtilis抑菌效果普遍较好,五倍子、金银花、大青叶对Escherichiacoli抑菌效果较好;五倍子提取液药效时间较长,而其他中草药抑菌时间较短。

Abstract:The antimicrobial experiments of five familiar Chinese herbal medicines were studied by using the plate diluting method. The five materials were Galla chinensis, Lonicera japonica, Isatis indigotica, Andrographis paniculata and Taraxacum mongolicum respectly. The minimal inhibitory concentrations(MIC)and the antimicrobial time were determined in this study. The results indicated that there were all better antimicrobial effects of five Chinese herbs on Bacillus subtilis. The effects of Galla Chinensis, Lonicera japonica, Isatis indigotica on Escherichia coli were better too. The antimicrobial time of Galla Chinensis was longer than that of other herbal medicines.
