| Abstract: | Recent results showed that the nerve cell regeneration in adult central nervous system gradually became research hotspots. This paper reviewed the main area and fate in the brain cell proliferation and generation, the main influence factors of brain cell proliferation and its application prospect and existing problems in stem cell therapy. |
