摘    要:本文首次将双相电泳(等电聚焦和SDS电泳)技术应用于对棉酚作用机理的研究。实验结果表明,棉酚能够改变大鼠成熟精子的蛋白质组成;同时也证明,双相电泳这一技术对棉酚的研究是有效的。

Abstract:Rats were fed with pure gossypol-acetic acid 30 mg/kg daily excluding Sundays.At the end of the 6th week,mature sperms were collected from vasa deferentia and the end of epi-didymis.The protein components of rat sperm were analysed by using 2-dimensional electro-phoresis technique.The results showed that the protein electrophoresis pattern of rat sperm was distinctly different from those of control animals.There were at least 10 protein points disappeared,2 protein points shifted a little after the treatment of gossypol.We also detected 2 protein points in gossypol-treated rats which is not present in control group.It might be deduced from the result that gossypol has an evident effect on protein components of rat sperm.The change in protein components may result in the disorder of material metabolism and constitution.and finally caused the loss of normal life activities.This may be another possible mechanism for the antifertilization of gossypol.
