| 摘 要： | 瘤胃模拟技术是利用体外法研究动物营养与代谢的一项重要技术,主要分为批次培养法和连续培养法,且应用广泛。本文就人工瘤胃模拟技术的分类及其近几年来在国内外饲料营养价值评定、饲料组合效应评价、饲料添加剂瘤胃发酵特性评定等动物营养领域的研究应用进展进行了综述,以期为同行进行相关研究提供参考。

| Abstract: | Rumen simulation is an important technique to study animal nutrition and metabolism in vitro,which is mainly divided into batch culture method and continuous culture method.This paper reviews the classification of artificial rumen simulation technology and its research and application in the field of animal nutrition at home and abroad in recent years,such as evaluation of feed nutritional value,evaluation of different feed combination effects,evaluation of rumen fermentation characteristics of feed additives and etc.aiming to provide references for related research. |
