| 摘 要： | 目的:探索腹膜后途径腹腔镜输尿管切开取石的方法。方法:采用后腹腔镜输尿管切开取石治疗输尿管中上结石患者15例。结果:13例成功,2例失败改为开放手术。手术平均时间约97分钟,术中出血约120ml,术后平均住院时间6、1天。结论:经腹膜后腹腔镜输尿管切开取石术是治疗输尿管中上结石的一种安全有效的手术方式,可取代部分开放手术,具推广价值。

| Abstract: | Objective: explore in the post-peritoneum pathway laparoscope ureter incision to take stone of methods. Methods: use to trans post-laparoscope to ureter incision to take stone of patients 15 cases. Results: 13 cases succeed, 2 cases a defeat and to change for patents operation. Operation average time about 97 minut, operating hemorrhage about 120ml, post-operative average hospitalization time 6.1 day. Conclusion: trans-postperitoneum laparoscope reter incision to take stone is therapy ureter middle upper stone a safety, effect of operation mod, can substitution part patient operation, this method have to extend value. |
