善宁联合垂体后叶素治疗肝硬化合并上消化道出血疗效观察

目的探讨醋酸奥曲肽(善宁)联合垂体后叶素治疗肝硬化合并上消化道出血的临床效果。方法选择2015年10月~2016年2月在我院消化内科接受治疗的肝硬化合并上消化道出血患者80例,随机分为对照组和观察组各40例,对照组给予去甲肾上腺素口服治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上应用善宁联合垂体后叶素静脉治疗,并对两组患者的止血效果进行比较。结果观察组的止血有效率为95%,对照组为60%(χ2=14.050,P=0.000),观察组止血效果显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论善宁联合垂体后叶素治疗肝硬化合并上消化道出血的疗效显著,是治疗肝硬化合并上消化道出血的有效药物,值得临床推广应用。

Mr Qu peptide acetate joint pituitrin treatment hepatocirrhosis with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage curative effect observation

Objective To explore mr octreotide acetate (good ning ) joint pituitrin in the treatment of hepatocir‐rhosis with upper gastrointestinal bleeding hemostatic effect . Methods Choice in October 2015~February 2016 in our hospital of medical treatment of hepatocirrhosis with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage patients 80 cases , randomly divided into two groups ,control group 40 cases with norepinephrine oral treatment ,observation group 40 patients in the control group on the basis of the application of combined pituitary good ning evvh intravenous drug treatment ,the clinical hemostatic effect of two groups of patients were compared . Results Results showed that the observation group of hemostatic effective rate was 95% ,the control of bleeding effective rate was 60% ,the χ2 value=14.050 ,P=0.000 ,hemostatic effect of treatment group is significantly higher than the control group ,the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05) . Conclusion Good ning joint pituitrin treatment hepatocirrhosis with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage curative effect is distinct ,and is a useful drug for the treatment of hepato‐cirrhosis with upper gastrointestinal bleeding ,worthy of clinical popularization and application .
