Theoretical and experimental investigations were conducted on growth kinetics and substrate consumption of hydrogen bacterium Alcaligenes hydrogenophilus. The kinetic models proposed were evaluated by continuous cultures of A. hydrogenophilus under various conditions. The kinetic models closely simulated continuous cultures of A. hydrogenophilus. |
