葡萄糖酸锌联合酪酸梭酸活菌治疗儿童厌食症的疗效及预防复发作用

目的探讨葡萄糖酸锌联合酪酸梭酸活菌治疗儿童厌食症的疗效及预防复发作用。方法选取儿童厌食症患者82例,随机分为观察组和对照组各41例。两组患儿均予以健胃消食药和纠正不良饮食习惯等常规治疗。观察组患儿加用酪酸梭酸活菌联合葡萄糖酸锌治疗,对照组患儿加用单纯的葡萄糖酸锌治疗,两组患者的疗程均为8周。观察两组患儿治疗后的临床疗效及不良反应,并比较治疗后随访1年内的复发率。结果治疗8周后,观察组患儿临床总有效率为95.12%,明显高于对照组的78.05%（χ2=5.14,P〈0.05）,两组患儿治疗中未发生明显的药物不良反应。治疗后随访1年,观察组患儿的复发率（23.08%）明显低于对照组（46.88%）（χ2=4.45,P〈0.05）。结论葡萄糖酸锌联合酪酸梭酸活菌用于儿童厌食症治疗中取得了较好的疗效,安全性好,并能降低其复发率,预防病情复发作用。

Curative and reccurrence preventive effects of Zinc Gluconate combined with Butyric Acid Bacteria Shuttle on anorexia in children

Objective To discuss the curative and reccurrence preventive effects of Zinc Gluconate（ ZNG） combined with Butyric Acid Bacteria Shuttle on anorexia in children. Methods 82 children with anorexia were selected and divided into observation group and control group at random,with 41 children in each group. Both groups were given routine medical treatment such as improving appetite,promoting digestion,and adjusting bad eating habits etc. The children in observation group were additionally given Butyric Acid Bacteria Shuttle combined with ZNG for 8 weeks,while those in control group were given pure ZNG for 8 weeks. The clinical efficacy and untoward effects in both groups were observed,and reccurrence rate within 1 year follow-up was compared. Results The total clinical efficiency in observation group was 95. 12%,which was much higher than that in control group（ 78.05%）（ χ2= 5. 14,P 〈0. 05）. No obvious drug adverse reactions（ DARs） appeared in the two groups during the medical treatment. According to 1-year follow-up after treatment,the reccurrence rate in observation group（ 23.08%） was obviously lower than that in control group（ 46.88%）（ χ2= 4. 75,P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion ZNG combined with Butyric Acid Bacteria Shuttle has favorable curative effect on anorexia in children with high safety,which can reduce the reccurrence rate and prevent the reccurrence of disease.
