鸡沙氏住白虫的生活史研究

本文报告了鸡沙氏住白虫生活史及其全程发育。经人工实验和流行区调查证明,后宽绳蚋是该虫的自然传播媒介。孢子增殖在后宽绳蚋体内、经3—4天完成发育。无性裂殖体增殖在鸡的肝、肾、心、肺、脾、脑和肠等内脏器官组织细胞内进行,经4—9天完成发育,该裂殖体有二型,即肝裂殖体和巨噬细胞裂殖体。感染9—13天后,血细胞内的配子体发育成熟。感染后第15—25天末稍血液中出现虫体的高峰期。

STUDIES ON THE LIFE CYCLE OF LEUCOCYTOZOON SABRAZESI

During 1985-1987, a survey of the life cycle of Leucocytozoon sabrazesi was carried out in Xiamen, South China. Simulium (G.) metatarsale was proved as the natural transmission vector. The development of sporogony in this insect required 3-4 days after feeding. The exflagellation of microgametocyte took place in the midgut 2-5 minutes after infection, and the fertilied zygote was seen at 60 minutes. By 12 hrs, the oval zygote had formed, but the mature ookinete was obtained at 24-48 hrs. By 48-72 hrs, the various developing oocysts were presented in the midgut, while the mature oocysts were found in 72-84 hrs, containing 30- 50 sporozoites. By 96 hrs, the majority of sporozoites had already invaded into the salivery gland, but some of them were also presented in the midgut contents. It was found that the development of schizogony and gametocytes were completed in various tissues and blood cells of chicken. The trophozoite was first seen in the hepatic cell 48 hrs after inoculation. By 72 hrs, the mature hepatic schizont were found, containing more than 100 merozoites. Besides, the macrophagous schizonts developed in various organ tissues of chicken could be found 72-120 hrs after infection. The mature macrophagous schizonts were 20-90 by 18.3-85.8uuuuuuuuuuuuuuu in diameter, with more than 200 merozoites. In the cerebral tissue, the macrophagous schizont appeared to be smaller, with 13 by 14 uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu in size. By 108 hrs, the merozoites released from macrophagous schizont had entered the blood cells such as monocyte, reticulocyte, lymphatic cells and erythrocytes, and they grew into mature hametocytes 13 days later. The parasitemia reached their peaks varied from 15-25 days after inoculation. During this time, the macrogameto-cyte and microgametocyte ratio was 1.2:1.
