| Abstract: | In this paper,the method of purification and determination of nucleic acid baces for studies of prebiotic synthesis have been reported.Amino acids can be removed from the sample by ionexehange and the detection of bases has been carried out by HPLC method with 0.02M KH2PO4 eluates at pH4.5 and 2.5respectively. |
