| 摘 要： | 四年来,作者由水中获取蜡样芽孢杆菌噬菌体13株,旨在试作噬菌体分型。待检菌株共723株,由国内16个地区提供(其中食物中毒株121株;食品株602株)。分型结果显示:C29、C30、C24、C27、C19和A_4等型别占优势。中毒株

| Abstract: | In Recent four years, 13 strains of phage of Bacillus cereus have been isolated from water in order to do some phage typing.After purifieation and multiplication, these phages must be diluted to their R.T.D. before test.723 strains of Bacillus cereus were presented from 16 different regions in China(121 of which are food poisoning causative agents and 602 from general food). The preliminary results show that the type C29, C30, C24, C27, G19 and A4 were in the relatively majority.Among the 121 strains of poisoning causative agents, of which 75% are typable and the A_4 is the most common type(10/91). |
