| Abstract: | HCV El,E2/NS1 genes were cloned from the serum of a blood donor in Hebei Province.Sequence analysis shows that the homology of nucle tides with the same regions of American and Japanese HCV are 73.1.% and 82.2% respectively. The amino acids homology are 73.1% and 88.6% respectively.There are 16 glycosylation sites and all of them are at the same positions with the Japanese HCV peptide. A high variation of 30 amnio acids in the E2/NS1 N-teminal is deteced. Its homology with the American and Japanese HCV is only 33.4% and 53.4% respectively. There is 1.94% variation rate in the sequences between the two clones from the single donor. |
