| Abstract: | A series of multiple antigenic peptides(MAPs)derived from the capsid and the NS4 protein of HCV ,were synthesized using octa -branched MAP resin through solid phase peptide synthesis technology .these peptides were shown to be highly immunoreactive in ELISA tests and they can detect more weakly -positive sera than the corresponding monomeric and reliable antigens with improved avidity and coating capacity . |
