High-performance separation of polynucleotides by capillary gel electrophoresis. |

| Abstract: | Capillary gel electrophoresis was applied to the high speed separation of DNA and RNA. Factors affecting resolution and speed were optimized for the single base resolution of polynucleotides. Polynucleotides up to 350 bases were completely resolved within 38 min under optimum conditions. |
