摘    要:本文报告C_(57)BL/6小鼠口服乳酸杆菌后,脾细胞和胸腺细胞的增殖反应,腹腔巨噬细胞的C_3b受体活性及其对L_(929)细胞的细胞毒性作用都明显增强。停用乳酸杆菌10天后,以上免疫指标又恢复到正常水平。其次,Wister大鼠口服乳酸杆菌后,检查粪便菌群中几种厌氧菌和需氧菌的活菌数目,结果表明对厌氧菌群的生长有扶持作用,对需氧菌群的生长则起限制作用,这提示有利于宿主调整肠道正常菌群的平衡。

Abstract:The effect of ingesting Lactobacillus acidophillus and Streptococcus thermophillus for 30 days on immune response in C57BL/6 mice was measured. The proliferative response to Con-A of spleen cells and thymocytes, the activity of C3b receptor of the peritoneal macrophages, and the cytotoxic activity to L929 fibroblastoma cells all showed significant increases than those in the control mice. When lactobacillus supplement was stopped for 10 days, the levels of the above mentioned immune indications all returned to normal. Furthermore, the effect of ingesting lactobacillus for 4 weeks on fecal microflora in Wister rats were quantitatively examined, including the viable counts of anaerobes and aerobes present respectively in the fecal samples. During laetobacillus supplementation, the numbers of fecal anaerobes, including Biffidobacteria, Bacteroides and Clostridia were found to be inereased, but the numbers of the fecal aerobes, including Enterococci and Ciliforms were decreased. When lactobacillus supplementation was stopped for one week, the Bifidobacteria concentration continued to increase wheres the Bacteroides and Clostridia returned to normal. But concentrations of the aerobic Enterococci showed signi- ficant increase that of the Coliforms returned to normal. These results suggested that rats ingesting lactobacillus supported the growth of intestinal anaerobes, while restricting the growth of aerobes presenting a great advantages in regulating the balance of intestinal microflora of the host animal.
