| Abstract: | The inhibition of DNA synthesis with hydroxyurea or 5-fluorodeoxyuridine decreases the duration of S-phase of synchronously growing Chinese hamster cultures. — The observed drug effects are discussed in relation to an alteration of programmed DNA replication. |
