| Abstract: | Histones were extracted from pure macronuclei, micronuclei and macronucleus anlagen and from chromatin which was isolated from these different nuclear fractions. Analysis of these preparations by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis showed differences in electrophoretic patterns between the histones of these nuclei. |
