| Abstract: | Wu Aizhen Xia Xingzhong Yang Yi Yang Huiping Chen Jiadi glycol precipitation,differential centrifugation and sucrose density gradient ultracentrifugation. The virus preparation of RHDV showed high infecti-vity and consisted of 4 major protein components in SDS-PAGE with molecular weights of 52kD, 17kD, 16kD and 14.5kD. The proteins of 52kD a nd 17kD could react with antibody against RHDV by Western-blot. It was suggested that the proteins of 52kD and 17kD may be the surface antigens of RHDV. The results is useful for developing vaccine of RHDV by genetic engineering. |
