泄浊通淋汤联合左氧氟沙星对慢性细菌性前列腺炎患者 IL-2、CRP和TNF-γ水平的影响

目的观察泄浊通淋汤联合左氧氟沙星对慢性细菌性前列腺炎患者IL-2、CRP和TNF-γ水平的影响。方法选择116例湿热下注型慢性细菌性前列腺炎患者为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组各58例。对照组患者口服左氧氟沙星治疗,研究组在对照组治疗的基础上口服泄浊通淋汤,两组患者均治疗4周。比较两组患者治疗效果、治疗前后EPS-WBC个数、NIH-CPSI评分以及血清IL-2、CRP和TNF-γ含量和不良反应发生情况。结果研究组患者治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(93.10%vs 77.59%,χ~2=5.583,P0.05)。研究组患者治疗后EPS-WBC个数、NIH-CPSI评分、血清IL-2、CRP和TNF-γ含量均低于对照组(均P0.05)。结论泄浊通淋汤联合左氧氟沙星可有效降低慢性细菌性前列腺炎患者EPS-WBC数量,改善NIH-CPSI评分,降低血清中IL-2、CRP和TNF-γ含量,且治疗期间不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。

Effect of Xiezhuo Tonglin Decoction combined with Levofloxacin on levels of IL-2, CRP and TNF-gamma in chronic bacterial prostatitis

Abstract: Objective To observe the effect of Xiezhuo Tonglin Decoction combined with Levofloxacin on the levels of IL-2, CRP and TNF-gamma in chronic bacterial prostatitis. Methods A total of 116 cases of chronic bacterial prostatitis with the symptom of downward flow of damp-heat were randomly divided into the observation group or control group, 58 cases in each group. Both groups were given Levofloxacin orally for 4 weeks, while the study group was additionally given Xiezhuo Tonglin Decoction orally. The efficacy, number of EPS-WBC before and after treatment, NIH-CPSI score, the levels of serum IL-2, CRP and TNF-gamma and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total efficiency rate in the observation group was higher than in the control group (93.10% vs 77.59%, 2=5.583, P<0.05). The number of EPS-WBC, NIH-CPSI score and the levels of serum IL-2, CRP and TNF-gamma in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group respectively (all P<0.05). Conclusion Xiezhuo Tonglin Decoction combined with Levofloxacin can effectively reduce the number of EPS-WBC in patients with chronic bacterial prostatitis, improve the NIH-CPSI score, reduce the levels of serum IL-2, CRP and TNF-gamma, and reduce adverse reactions during the treatment.
