四种饮用水对地鼠生长发育的影响及评估

目的评估不同饮用水对地鼠生长发育的影响。方法将104只25日龄地鼠随机以每组雌雄各半分为4组,分别饲喂酸化水和高压水、过滤水和普通水,在饲养过程中分别量取体重、水消耗量,水pH值,胎间隔、成活率、脏器系数和骨髓细胞微核数,并对组间数据结果进行统计学处理。结果 4种饮用水量与体重呈线性正相关;酸化水在抑制细菌方面优于其他饮用水;骨髓细胞微核试验、地鼠脏器系数在各组无显著变化。结论酸化水在抑制细菌生长优于其他饮用水;过滤水适宜地鼠生长繁殖。

Effect and evaluation of four kinds of drinking water used on the development of hamster

Objective To evaluate the impact from different drinking water on the growth and development of the hamster. Methods Total 104 hamster in an age of 25 d were randomly divided into four groups with half to half for male to female, and fed separately with acidified water , high pressure sterilized water, filtered water , plain water separately. During the breeding process the items of weight, the consumption and pH of water , fetal interval , survival rate , first generation ham- ster kidney cells exogenous factor and the number of bone marrow micronucleus were tested, and the results were statistically processed in four groups. Results The intake amount of 4 drinking water is in a linear positive correlation with body weight; acidified water is superior to the other water for inhibition of growth of bacterium; there were no significant differences in bone marrow cell micronucleus test and organ coefficient in each group. Conclusion The acidified water is superior to other drinking water in inhibiting the growth of bacterium ;the filtered water is suitable to development and reproduction of hamster.
