摘    要:海南霉素在加热条件下能与茴香醛浓硫酸浓液反应产生深蓝色物质,在一定浓度范围内海南霉素效价与颜色深浅程度呈线性关系。所以比色法可以测定发酵液中海南霉素效价。此法快速,简便,重现性好。

Abstract:A colormetric method for the determination of potency in the fermentation broth was done as a dark blue material by reacting with anisaldehyde sulphric acid. In certain range, the potency of Hainanmycin was linear with the degree of colour. The result showed that this method was rapid, simple and had good repeatability.
