| Abstract: | A sensitive radioisotope dilution method was used to measure the S-adenosyl-L-methionine (AdoMet) content in macroplasmodia of the slime mold Physarum polycephalum during the mitotic cycle. The AdoMet pool had two maxima, one during mitosis, the other in the middle of G2 phase. |
