| Abstract: | The knowledge of biosystematics provides a foundation for nature monitoring and conservation. As the concept of nature conservation is undergoing a shift from emphasizing protecting key species or typical ecosystems towards emphasizing protecting biodiversity on the earth, biosystematics will play a more prominent role in nature conservation. |
