| Abstract: | The genus Amorphophallus Blume ex Dence. includes a total number of 130 species in the world,of which 27 are in China.The Amorphophallus Blume ex Dence. Is larger genus in Araceae and tropical Asia is the distribution centre of diversity. This paper analyses and expounds the development trend of industry Amorphophallus konjac. The discussion is based on the history and present state of industry of Amorphophallus konjac background of Japan and China,four problems are discussed in this paper.(1l)The present state and handicaps of industry of Artificial Amorphophallus konjac in Japan and China.(2)The present state and handicaps of industry of process Amorphophallus konjac in Japan and China.(3)The relativity of products in circulation of Amorphophallus konjac in Japan and China.(4)An analysis of development trend of industry of Amorphophalluskonjac in Japan and China. |
