Treatment with peroxidase: electron microscope studyThe results obtained in this study confirm that the outer membrane of the chloroplast envelope contains galactosyldiglycerides and that these molecules are uniformly distributed over the membrane surface. The results show that the galactosyldiglyceride molecules that are accessible to antibodies at the level of the thylakoids are distributed over the membrane surface in discrete patches.
