| Abstract: | An evaluation of methods for studying bone marrow obtained from patients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia indicates that both directly prepared and cultured cells are necessary for complete karyotypic analysis, but that both synchronized and unsynchronized cultures may not be necessary. |
