葫芦巴籽深加工工艺的研究

摘    要:葫芦巴籽由种皮、胚乳和胚组成。采用物理方法将胚乳层中的多糖剥离纯化,残渣分别用溶剂提取葫芦巴油、用含有活性物水溶液提取薯芋皂甙,最后得到蛋白粉。同时对提取物进行分析检测,结果显示我们提出的深加工工艺具有产业化前景。

Technology of Processing Fenugreek Seed

Abstract:Fenugreek seed comprises seed coat, endosperm and embryo. Galactomannan gum was separated and purified from the endosperm by physical process, and fenugreek oil was extracted by solvent, di-osgenin extracted by aqueous solvent and protein powder prepared from the fenugreek residue. Determination and analysis of the extracts show that the technology is applicable to industrialization of processing fenugreek seed.
