Recognition of Biomacromolecule by Molecular Imprinting Technique

Molecular imprinting is recognized as a powerful technique in producing medium with artificial specific recognition sites and has potential applications in many fields. In this paper, the technique of molecular imprinting, especially the technique of imprinted biomacromolecule was reviewed. The types of imprinting molecule, methods of imprinting, desorption of the imprinting molecule, mechanism of imprinting, obstacles and prospect in this field etc. were discussed respectively.
