| 摘 要： | 目的:观察诱导型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)基因Ser608Leu位点基因多态性与2型糖尿病的相关性。方法:采用测序法测定261例2型糖尿病患者和128例正常对照者iNOS基因Ser608Leu位点基因多态性。结果:两组间iNOS基因Ser608Leu位点基因型及等位基因频率构成存在差异。结论:iNOS基因Ser608Leu位点多态性与2型糖尿病有关。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the relationship between inducible nitric oxide synthase(iNOS) gene Ser608Leu allele polymor-phism and type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods: The polymorphisms of iNOS Ser608Leu were detected in 261 patients of type 2 diabetes mellitus and 128 control subjects by direct sequencing analysis.Results: The genotype frequencies and allele frequencies of iNOS gene Ser608Leu were different between the case and the control group.Conclusions: iNOS gene Ser608Leu polymorphism is related to type 2 dia... |
