| 摘 要： | NS1蛋白（non—structural protein1）是A型流感病毒重要的非结构蛋白，作为流感病毒的致病因子，NS1通过多种方式增强病毒的致病性和毒力。就H5N1禽流感病毒NS1蛋白的结构与功能进行了综述。
