降解2,6-二叔丁基苯酚菌种的驯化与鉴定

摘    要:从腈纶废水处理构筑物中分离筛选到1株高效降解2,6-二叔丁基苯酚的菌株M-Z-8,对其进行了驯化试验以及生理生化、分子生物学鉴定。结果表明,经过驯化后的M-Z-8在100.0mg/L的初始浓度下其降解率在12d可达到51.6%,比未经驯化菌种对底物的降解率要高出12%。扫描电镜观察到菌株形态为杆状,极生鞭毛。将M-Z-8的16SrDNA序列进行核苷酸同源性比较,与气单胞菌种属的16SrDNA核苷酸序列同源性均在97%以上。经生理生化以及分子生物学鉴定M-Z-8为气单胞菌。

Abstract:A bacterial strain M-Z-8 with high-effective degradation to 2,6-di-tert-butylphenol (2,6-DTBP) was isolated from acrylic fiber wastewater treating structure. It was identified and tamed, as well as physio-biochemical tests. The result showed that biodegradation capability of 2,6-DTBP by it after taming the degradation rate of 2,6-DTBP was as high as 51.6% in day 12 with initial concentration 100 mg/L increased by 12% higher than that before tamed. SEM observation demonstrated the strain was rod-shaped with polar flagella. Homogenetic property comparison of 16S rDNA nucleotide sequence between M-Z-8 and Aeromonas sp. was above 97%. And identified M-Z-8 as Aerornonas sp. according to its physio-biochemical and molecular biology.
