| 摘 要： | 目的:调查分析老年肿瘤病人抑郁的影响因素,寻求解决办法。方法:对本院部分住院老年肿瘤病人发放老年抑郁量表进行调查与分析。结果:老年肿瘤病人发生抑郁的几率远大于一般人群。结论:在肿瘤的治疗过程中,只关注躯体疾病是不够的,应建立良好的社会支持系统,除了医护人员外,还要充分发挥和利用家庭、朋友、社会团体等其他社会支持的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To survey and analyze the influence factors of depression of the elderly patients with tumor,and to search for a solution.Methods:Part of the inpatients,who were elderly inpatients in our hospital,were surveyed and analyzed by the Elderly Depression Assessment Scale.Results:Probability of depression of the elderly patients with tumor was more than that of the common crowd.Conclusion:During the treatment of tumor,only paying attention to body's diseases is not enough,favor- able social support system should be established.Besides of the doctors and nurses,social support systems,for example families, friends,social groups et al.,should be made good use of,besides doctors and nurses. |
