| 摘 要： | Ncol2是新发现的参与免疫调节的重要因子,Ncol2基因骨髓细胞特异性敲除小鼠的建立,能够有针对性的研究Ncol2基因缺失后对免疫系统的影响。根据条件性基因敲除的原理,本文利用loxp转基因小鼠和在骨髓细胞特异性表达Cre重组酶的LysMcre小鼠,繁殖建立了骨髓细胞特异性敲除Ncol2基因的小鼠,并提供了用鼠尾做基因型鉴定的简便方法。
