甘氨酸脂肪醇酯盐酸盐抗菌作用的测试

摘    要:本文用滤纸片琼脂弥散试验和活菌平板计数法比较了五种甘氨酸脂肪醇酯盐酸盐对不同细菌,霉菌的抗菌活性,认为甘氨酸癸酯盐酸盐表现出最高的抗菌活性,测试出杀死细菌繁殖体的较适浓度和时间,并讨论了抗菌能力不同的原因。

Abstract:s:In the paper antibacterial action of five glycine fatty alcohol esters hydrochloride were compared using the method of paper disc agar diffusion test and the method of viable counting plate for the different bacteria and moulds. It was considered that hydrochloride of glycine decanoate showed the highest antibacterial activities. More possible concentration and time of killing bacterial vegtatve cell was measuremented. The different causes of the antibacterial abicities were discussed primarily.
