| 摘 要： | 本文介绍一种显示大鼠垂体远侧部内分泌细胞的四重免疫组织化学染色方法。此法以PAP 法为基础,结合 DAB 银加强法和间接免疫金标记技术。方法比较简单,所需试剂容易得到。

| Abstract: | A new multiple immunohistochemical staining method was introduced which could be used to show four hormons simultaneously in a single tissue section of rat pituitary pars dis- tails.The new method was based on Sternberger's PAP method which was combined with silvetr intensified DAB chromogen technique and indirect immuno-gold labelling technique. The method was simple,and the required reagents were easy to acquire. |
