| 摘 要： | 非创伤性股骨头坏死是多发于中青年的疑难骨病,其发病机制尚不明晰。脂质代谢紊乱被认为是该病发病的重要机制之一,基于该机制防治非创伤性股骨头坏死虽有了一定的进展,但仍处在研究探索中。本文将对脂质代谢紊乱在非创伤性股骨头坏死机制中的作用及基于该机制的防治进展做一综述,以期为该病发病机制研究及防治提供参考及借鉴。

| Abstract: | Non-traumatic osteonecrosis of the femoral head is a difficult bone disease frequent occurrence in young and middle-aged people, and its pathogenesis is still unclear. Lipid metabolism disorder is considered to be one of the important mechanisms of the disease. Although there has been some progress in the prevention and treatment of non-traumatic osteonecrosis of the femoral head based on this mechanism, there is still potential for research. Therefore, this article will discuss the role of lipid metabolism disorder in the mechanism of non-traumatic osteonecrosis of the femoral head and the progress of prevention and treatment based on this mechanism, in order to provide further reference for the pathogenesis and prevention of the disease. |
