| Abstract: | Cancer stem cells are subsets of tumor cells defined through the capacity to initiate tumors and have been linked to therapeutic resistance. In this issue of Cell Stem Cell, Todaro et al. (2007) demonstrate that targeting tumor IL-4 sensitizes colon cancer stem cells to chemotherapy. |
