| Abstract: | We have determined the complete mitochondrial genome of a subspecies of the Korean field mouse, Apodemus peninsulae peninsulae, from South Korea. The total length of the A. p. peninsulae genome is 16,268 bp with a base composition of 34.5% A, 30.7% T, 22.6% C, and 12.2% G. |
