摘    要:目的研究肝癌中心癌组织、边缘癌组织和非癌肝硬化组织中JAK/Stat 5的表达特性及其意义。方法利用组织芯片技术和免疫组化SP法检测JAK/Stat 5在肝癌组织和非癌肝硬化组织的表达。结果中心癌组织JAK、Stat 5平均光密度值明显高于边缘癌组织(P<0.05);中心癌组织、边缘癌组织JAK、Stat 5表达率及表达强度明显高于非癌肝硬化组织;JAK、Stat 5表达阳性率与肝癌病理类型、分化程度无关。结论JAK、Stat 5表达与肝癌发生有密切关系,JAK/Stat 5表达异常可能在细胞恶性转化中起重要作用;边缘癌组织中JAK、Stat 5呈阳性表达的肝细胞可能是具有恶性潜能的癌前细胞群。

Abstract:Objective To study the clinicopathological significance of the expression of JAK and Stat 5 in the central cancer tissues,cancer edge tissues and non-cancer cirrhosis liver tissues.Methods The expressions of JAK and Stat 5 were detected by immunohistochemical method using tissue microarray technology in 60 hepatic cancer specimens and 10 non-cancer cirrhosis liver tissues.Results The average value of JAK and Stat 5 in the central cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in the cancer edge tissues.The expression of JAK and Stat 5 in the cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in the non-cancer cirrhosis liver tissues.No correlation was found between the expression of JAK and Stat 5 and the clinicopathological features of hepatocarcinoma.Conclusion The expression of JAK and Stat 5 might be closely related to the carcinogenesis of hepatocarcinoma.The cells with JAK and Stat 5 expression might be latent cancer cells.It is important to study the expression of JAK and Stat 5 for detecting signal transduction pathways of hepatocarcinoma and finding new therapies.
