| Abstract: | The leak fluxes of Na+, K+, Mg++ and Ca++ in mouse thymocytes are increased by Concavaline A (Con A), within minutes after mitogen addition. The intracellular Mg++ and K+ concentrations were decreased and the Na+ and Ca++ contents were increased by Con A in mouse thymocytes and spleen cells. |
